摘　　要：经济法的价值具体表现为自由、秩序、公平、效率和安全等,其中自由与秩序在经济法的价值中具有对立统一的关系,如何处理这对关系对研究经济法的意义重大。文章将结合经济法价值的社会基础,分析自由价值和秩序价值的内涵,并讨论自由和秩序的价值产生冲突的原因以及表现形式。自由与秩序在短时期内根据政策的不同会有所侧重,但从长远的角度来看则处于动态平衡之中。The value of economic law is embodied in freedom,order,fairness,efficiency and security.Among them,freedom and order have the relationship of unity of opposites in the value of economic law.How to deal with this relationship is of great significance to the study of economic law.Combined with the social basis of the value of economic law,this paper will analyze the connotation of the value of freedom and order,and discuss the causes and manifestations of the conflict between the values of freedom and order.Freedom and order will focus on different policies in a short period of time,but in the long run,they are in dynamic balance.
