摘 要:“双一流”建设背景下,高素质人才逐渐成为高校专业学科建设的重要评估指标,高校为了加强自身建设,对人才的争夺也越来越激烈,随之而来的人才流失现象也越来越严重。而造成人才流失的原因除市场竞争驱使外,与高校人才流动体制不健全、人才考评机制不合理等有直接关系。为了留住人才,高校需改变发展理念,从完善人才流动机制、采取多样化人才激励方式、改革人才考评机制等方面出发提高人才稳定性,为高校建设打造可靠的人才队伍,助力高校教学质量向更高水平迈进。Under the background of“double first-class”construction,high-quality talents have gradually become an important evalu-ation index for the construction of professional disciplines in colleges and universities.In order to strengthen their own construction,the competition for talents is becoming more and more intense,and the consequent brain drain is becoming more and more serious.In addition to being driven by market competition,the causes of brain drain have a direct impact on the imperfect talent flow system and unreasonable talent evaluation mechanism in colleges and universities.In order to retain talents,colleges and universities need to change their develop-ment concept,improve talent stability from the aspects of improving talent flow mechanism,adopting diversified talent incentive methods and reforming talent evaluation mechanism,so as to build a reliable talent team for the construction of colleges and universities,help the teaching quality of colleges and universities move forward to a higher level.
