摘  要:煤矿井下采空区注浆防火是保障安全开采的重要工作,但在大倾角或冒落带空隙较大时浆液扩散不充分,容易发生浆液流失。为提高采空区的注浆效果,研究分析2种高吸水材料对黄泥浆的改性特点。研究结果表明,H700型吸水材料吸水能力和保水能力强,添加后黄泥浆流变性发生改变,表观黏度提升,可有效降低浆液的流动能力。H700型吸水材料较为适合在煤矿井下应用,且质量浓度为0.4%,实践应用表明高吸水材料在煤炭自燃防治工作中具有较强的应用价值。The grouting fire prevention in the underground goaf is an important task to ensure safe mining.However,when the inclination angle is large or the gap in the caving zone is large,the slurry diffusion is not sufficient,and the slurry loss is prone to occur.In order to improve the grouting effect of the goaf,the modification characteristics of two kinds of superabsorbent materials on the yellow mud were studied and analyzed.The research results showed that the H700 type water-absorbing material had strong water absorption and water retention capacity.After adding,the rheological properties of the yellow mud were changed,and the apparent viscosity was increased,which could effectively reduce the flow capacity of the slurry.The H700 type water-absorbing material was more suitable for application in coal mines,and the mass concentration was 0.4%.The practical application showed that the high water-absorbing material had strong application value in the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion.
