摘  要:通过分析锚索破断形式及原因,指出锚索在自由段的软剪切和孔口段的硬剪切是锚索破断失效的主要形式。在此基础上提出了线性锚索束与轮次立体注浆围岩重构综合加固技术。应用简支梁理论计算了线性锚索束外锚组合梁的承载性能。结果表明,该组合梁承载能力较常用14号槽钢提高12倍以上,有利于避免外锚构件屈服变形导致的锚索硬剪切破坏,同时对线性锚索束支护作用机理进行了阐释。利用长、短高强中空注浆锚杆、线性锚索束预留的中空注浆锚索实现了巷道浅部及深部围岩轮次立体注浆,进而重构破碎围岩。工程应用结果表明,线性锚索束与轮次立体注浆围岩重构综合加固技术能够有效控制深部大变形巷道围岩变形,是一种科学有效的支护形式。By analyzing the failure forms and reasons of the anchor cable,it was pointed out that the soft shearing of the anchor cable in the free section and the hard shearing of the orifice section were the main forms of the failure of the anchor cable.On this basis,a comprehensive reinforcement technology of linear anchor cable bundle and three-dimensional grouting surrounding rock reconstruction was proposed.The load-carrying performance of linear anchor-cable bundle external-anchor composite beams was calculated by simply supported beam theory.The results showed that the composite beam was more than 12 times higher than the commonly used No.14 channel steel,which was beneficial to avoid the hard shear failure of the anchor cable caused by the yield deformation of the outer anchor member.At the same time,the mechanism of the linear anchor cable bundle support was explained.Using long and short high-strength hollow grouting bolts and hollow grouting anchor cables reserved by linear anchor cable bundles,rounds of three-dimensional grouting of surrounding rock in the shallow and deep parts of the roadway were realized,and then the broken surrounding rock was reconstructed.The engineering application results showed that the comprehensive reinforcement technology of linear anchor cable bundle and three-dimensional grouting surrounding rock reconstruction could effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock in the deep large deformation roadway,and it was a scientific and effective form of support.
