神曲消食口服液联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗儿童功能性消化不良疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察神曲消食口服液联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗儿童功能性消化不良(FD)的临床效果。方法将2018年1月—2020年11月医院诊治的功能性消化不良患儿304例,按照随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组152例采用枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,观察组152例采用神曲消食口服液联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,疗程均为2周。观察比较两组的治疗总有效、症状积分改善情况、主要症状消失时间、胃肠激素水平变化以及不良反应情况。结果治疗2周后观察组总有效率略高于对照组[97.4%(148/152)vs 94.1%(143/152)],但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组愈显率显著高于对照组[83.6%(127/152)vs 73.1%(111/152)],且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组主要症状腹胀腹痛、恶心呕吐、食少纳呆、大便不调积分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2周后两组以上各项症状积分均显著下降,并且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血浆胃泌素(GAS)、血浆胃动素(MOT)及生长抑素(SST)水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组血浆GAS、MOT水平显著升高,SST水平显著降低,观察组改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组主要症状腹胀腹痛、恶心呕吐消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),食少纳呆、大便不调消失时间略短于对照组(P>0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论神曲消食口服液联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗儿童功能性消化不良的临床效果更佳,能够更好地缓解患儿临床症状,改善胃肠激素水平,缩短症状消失时间,促进患儿康复,是安全、有效的治疗方案。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid(神曲消食口服液)combined with Mosapride Citrate in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 304 cases of children with functional dyspepsia diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2018 to November 2020 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,152 cases in the control group were treated with Mosapride Citrate,the other 152 patients in the observation group were treated with Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with Mosapride Citrate,and the course of treatment was 2 weeks.The total effectiveness of treatment,improvement of symptom score,disappearance time of main symptoms,changes of gastrointestinal hormone levels and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group[97.4%(148/152)vs 94.1%(143/152)],but the difference between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group[83.6%(127/152)vs 73.1%(111/152)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the main symptoms of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,poor appetite and appetite and irregular bowel scores were not statistically different between two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of above symptoms of two groups were significantly reduced,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in plasma gastrin(GAS),plasma motilin(MOT)or somatostatin(SST)between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the plasma levels of GAS and MOT of two groups were increased significantly and the SST level was significantly decreased.The improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control
