摘　　要：挖掘中医药治疗帕金森病的组方用药规律。收集、整理CNKI、VIP、WanFang Data、CBM、The Cochrane Library、EMbase和PubMed数据库收录的期刊文献为资料来源,建立帕金森病方剂文献研究数据库,对纳入标准的中药进行频次分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析和复杂网络分析。结果显示,在纳入标准的69个方剂中,单药以白芍、熟地黄、天麻、当归、全蝎最为常见,药物四气以平、温居多,五味中甘、苦、辛味为主,归经中以肝、肾经为主,使用最多的药物类别为补虚药、平肝熄风药。关联规则分析中发现关联强度高的药对组合为47组,系统聚类分析中归为6大类。结果表明,现代中医药治疗帕金森病病的整体原则为滋补肝肾、熄风通络。To explore the regularity of prescription medication in treatment of Parkinson's disease with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The journal literatures included in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,CBM,The Cochrane Library,Embase and PubMed databases were collected and sorted as the data sources.The literature research database of Parkinson's disease prescriptions was established,and the frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis were conducted for the included articles.The results showed that among the 69 prescriptions included in the standard,Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata),Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae)and Quanxie(Scorpio)were the most common single drugs.The four Qi of drugs were mostly flat and warm,and the five flavors were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The meridians of liver and kidney were mainly used.The most commonly-used drugs were drugs for tonifying the deficiency,calming liver and calming wind.In the association rule analysis,it was found that the drug pair combinations with high association strength were 47 groups,which were classified into 6 categories in the systematic cluster analysis.The results showed that the overall principle of modern traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Parkinson's disease is to nourish the liver and kidney,extinguishing the wind and dredging collaterals.
