摘　　要：近些年队列研究在中医药领域得到广泛应用,通过介绍队列研究的概念以及对目前国内外队列研究在中医药领域的文献进行整理和分类,总结出其多应用于肿瘤性疾病、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病及其并发症、肝胆类疾病等,特点为多应用于慢性难治性疾病的研究以及系统评价中医药疗效。通过分析总结队列研究在中医药领域的应用现状及前景思考,以期为以后更好的开展高质量中医药研究提供指导。Cohort studies have been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in recent years.This paper introduced the concept of the cohort study and the literature of cohort studies in TCM at home and abroad was summarized and classified.It is found that the cohort study is mostly used for neoplastic diseases,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes mellitus and its complications,liver and biliary diseases and so on.It is mainly used in the study of chronic refractory diseases and systematic evaluation of the efficacy of TCM.It analyzed and summarized the application of cohort study in TCM and the prospect of thinking,hoping to provide the guidance for future research on high-quality TCM.
