热毒宁联合五维赖氨酸颗粒治疗手足口病的疗效及对血清cTnI和CK-MB水平影响

摘　　要：目的探讨热毒宁联合五维赖氨酸颗粒治疗手足口病的疗效及对血清cTnI和CK-MB水平影响。方法选取医院收治的手足口病患儿286例,采用随机分为两组各143例。对照组给予五维赖氨酸颗粒,观察组在对照组基础上给予热毒宁注射液,对比两组临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间和临床症状评分、血清炎性因子、IgA、IgM、IgG水平、细胞免疫因子水平及血清cTnI和CK-MB水平变化。结果治疗后,对照组:显效65例,有效51例,无效27例,治疗有效率为81.12%(116/143);观察组:显效77例,有效60例,无效6例,治疗有效率为95.80%(139/143);观察组治疗有效率明显较高(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组疱疹消退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间和退热时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组临床症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组体温、口腔疱疹数和进食情况评分明显降低(P<0.05);且观察组降低较明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10水平明显降低(P<0.05);且观察组降低较明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清cTnI和CK-MB水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组血清cTnI和CK-MB水平明显降低(P<0.05);且观察组降低较明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平明显升高(P<0.05);且观察组升高较明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组IgA、IgM、IgG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组IgA、IgM、IgG水平明显升高(P<0.05);且观察组升高较明显(P<0.05)。结论采用热毒宁联合五维赖氨酸颗粒治疗手足口病具有较好的临床疗效,可降低血清cTnI和CK-MB水平。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Reduning(热毒宁)combined with Wuwei Lysine Granule in the treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease and the effect on serum levels of cTnI and CK-MB.Methods A total of 286 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,143 in each group.The control group was given Wuwei Lysine Granule and the observation group was given Reduning Injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,remission time of clinical symptoms,clinical symptom score,serum inflammatory factors,cellular immune factors,levels of IgA,IgM and IgG,serum levels of cTnI and CK-MB of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,in the control group,65 cases were significantly effective,51 cases were effective,27 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was(81.12%,116/143).In the observation group,77 cases were significantly effective,60 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 95.80%(137/143).The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of herpes regression,healing time of oral ulcer and fever abatement in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the body temperature,the number of oral herpes and the scores of food intake in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And the observation group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in salivary serum of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And the levels of the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no difference in serum levels of cTnI or CK-MB between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of
