益气活血方治疗慢性肾脏病尿蛋白的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血方治疗慢性肾脏病患者尿蛋白的临床疗效。方法筛选2017年12月—2020年10月就诊于医院门诊及住院部符合慢性肾脏病诊断的患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以基础治疗,治疗组予基础治疗的基础上加服益气活血方,治疗周期为3个月。分别观察并比较治疗前后各组患者血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿酸(SUA)、24 h尿蛋白(Upro/24 h)等生化指标及临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组比较,4周、8周和12周时治疗组患者Upro/24h、SCr、BUN、UA以及尿红细胞计数水平显著下调,而GFR水平显著上调(P<0.05,P<0.01);与0周时比较,4周、8周和12周时治疗组患者上述各生化指标水平显著下调,GFR水平显著上调(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论益气活血方可有效降低慢性肾脏病患者尿蛋白的含量,对肾脏功能具有保护作用,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe(益气活血方)treating urinary protein in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods Seventy patients who were diagnosed as chronic kidney disease in the outpatient and inpatient department of the hospital from December 2017 to October 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group received basic treatment,and the treatment group received basic treatment and Yiqi Huoxue Recipe.The treatment cycle was 3 months.We observed and compared the biochemical indicators and clinical efficacy of Upro/24 h,SCr,BUN and UA of patients in two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with those of the control group,the levels of Upro/24 h,SCr,BUN,UA and urine red blood cell counts in the treatment group at 4,8 and 12 weeks were significantly down-regulated,while the GFR level was significantly up-regulated(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with those at week 0,the levels of the above-mentioned biochemical indicators of patients in the treatment group were significantly down-regulated and GFR levels were significantly up-regulated at 4,8,and 12 weeks(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can effectively reduce the content of urine protein in patients with chronic kidney disease,and has a protective effect on kidney function,and can improve the clinical efficacy.
