摘　　要：目的 观察 0.1% 玻璃酸钠滴眼液对长期配戴角膜塑形镜的儿童青少年近视患者角膜知觉的影响。方法 以 2016年1月至12月于上海交通大学附属第一人民医院眼科就诊的近视并拟配戴角膜塑形镜的8~16岁儿童青少年为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组(n=32,给予硬性接触性角膜接触镜润滑液)及观察组(n=30,给予0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液),均以右眼为实验眼。应用Cochet和Bonnet氏角膜知觉测量计检查戴镜前、戴镜后1年的中央、上方、下方、鼻侧及颞侧角膜知觉。疗程为1年。结果 戴角膜塑形镜1年后,对照组中央、下方、鼻侧角膜知觉较戴镜前降低(P<0.05),上方、颞侧角膜知觉与戴镜前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组中央、上方、下方、鼻侧、颞侧角膜知觉与戴镜前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。戴角膜塑形镜1年后,观察组中央、下方角膜知觉优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 长期配戴角膜塑形镜可引起角膜知觉降低,使用0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液有助于保护长期配戴角膜塑形镜的儿童青少年近视患者的角膜知觉。Objective To observe the effects of 0.1% sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the corneal sensitivity after long-term orthokeratology in myopic children and adolescents.Methods Myopic children and adolescents aged 8~16 years who wear orthokeratology lens in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were included.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=32,orthokeratology lubricant) and the observation group(n=30,0.1% sodium hyaluronate eye drops).The right eyes of patients were taken as the experimental eyes.Cochet-Bonnet keratometer was used to examine the central,inferior,superior,nasal and temporal corneal sensitivity before and after one-year wearing of orthokeratology in the two groups.The course of treatment was one year.Results After one year of wearing orthokeratology,the central,inferior and nasal corneal sensitivity were lower than those before wearing the lens(P<0.05),while the superior and temporal corneal sensitivity had no statistically difference with those before wearing the lens(P>0.05) in the control group.In the observation group,the central,inferior,superior,nasal and temporal corneal sensitivity had no statistically difference with those before wearing the lens(P>0.05).After one year of wearing orthokeratology,there were statistically difference in the central and inferior corneal sensitivity between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term wearing of orthokeratology lens can cause the decrease of corneal sensitivity.0.1% sodium hyaluronate eye drops can help protect the corneal sensitivity after long-term orthokeratology in myopic children and adolescents.
