摘　　要：近年来我国洪涝灾害频发,为切实保证人民生命安全,洪涝灾害药学服务应急保障体系亟需发展与完善。现对我国洪涝灾害现场常用应急药品、储备及药学服务应急体系现状作一综述,并从应急药品管理组织机构主要职责、应急药品国家储备形式等方面分析美国药学服务应急体系特点,以期为我国实际性药学服务应急保障发展提供参考建议。In recent years,flood disasters occur frequently in China.The flood disaster pharmaceutical care emergency support system needs to be developed and improved urgently,so as to effectively ensure the safety of people’s lives.This paper reviewed the present situation of the emergency medicines,reserve and pharmaceutical care emergency system in China,and analyzed the characteristics of American pharmaceutical care emergency system from the responsibilities of emergency medicine management organization and forms of national reserves of emergency drugs,so as to provide the reference for the development of actual pharmaceutical emergency guarantee in China.
