摘　　要：肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心呕吐(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,CINV)在临床上较为常见,中医药在减轻肿瘤患者CINV方面疗效较为显著。该文认为高海拔地区人群特殊的体质主要为气虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质和气郁质,提出高海拔地区CINV病机与肺、脾、肾密切相关,病机特点为肺脾肾气虚,阳虚血瘀,湿热内蕴,常以益气、温阳、化湿、活血的原则进行治疗。此外还分析了益气活血、温阳化湿在高海拔地区肿瘤患者CINV中的重要性、必要性及用药特点,旨在为中医治疗高海拔地区肿瘤患者CINV提供一些临证思维。Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV) in cancer patients is common in clinical practice.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has a significant effect on relieving CINV in cancer patients.Based on the special constitution of people in high altitude areas mainly consists of Qi deficiency,phlegm dampness,blood stasis and Qi stagnation.It is proposed that the pathogenesis of CINV in high altitude areas is closely related to the lung,spleen and kidney.The pathogenesis is characterized by Qi deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,Yang deficiency and blood stasis,accumulation of damp and heat.It is often treated according to the principles of nourishing Qi,warming Yang,removing dampness and promoting blood circulation.In addition,the importance,necessity and the characteristics of medication of the application of invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation,warming Yang and dampness in CINV for cancer patients in high altitude areas were also analyzed.This paper can provide some clinical reference for TCM treatment of CINV in cancer patients in high-altitude tumor patients.
