摘  要:“三全育人”理念是思政教育的新进展,是高校人才培养的新要求。民办高校旨在为社会输出综合应用型人才,财会专业学生应用型较强,其职业道德关乎企业生存与发展,因此,民办高校通过“三全育人”来培育财会专业学生职业道德是人才培养的重要举措。民办高校在财会专业中践行三全育人机制中存在师资力量薄弱、教学内容陈旧、校园文化重视程度不够等现实问题。借助三全育人理念,立足问题,财会专业应从强化师资力量、创新教学内容、营造校园文化氛围三个维度实现全员、全过程、全方位育人,培育财会专业学生职业道德。The concept of“three-wide education”is the new progress of contemporary ideological and political education and the new requirement of talent training in colleges and universities.Private colleges and universities aim to export comprehensive application-oriented talents for the society.Accounting students are more application-oriented,and their professional ethics is related to the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,private colleges and universities cultivate accounting students’professional ethics through“three-wide education”is an important measure of talent training.There are some practical problems in the practice of the“three-wide education”mechanism in the major of finance and accounting in private colleges and universities,such as weak teachers,outdated teaching contents,insufficient attention to campus culture and so on.With the help of the“three-wide education”concept and based on the problems,the accounting specialty should strengthen the strength of teachers,innovate the teaching content and create the campus cultural atmosphere,so as to realize the full,whole process and all-round education,and cultivate the professional ethics of the accounting students.
