成人教育教学中传播法治思想的路径探索

摘　　要：习近平法治思想不仅是全面依法治国的根本遵循,更是新时代法学教育和法治人才培养的行动指南。以习近平法治思想为指导,在成人教育教学中分专业开展双轨制法治教育,以“思想道德修养与法律基础”和“宪法学”课程为例,在分析学情的基础之上,分别从课堂教学、课外实践和考核评价等方面展开探索,分析法学专业学生和非法学专业学生在提升法治素养上的不同途径,并对该路径在实践中的不足进行反思。Xi Jinping’s Thought on Rule of Law is not only a fundamental guideline for comprehensively administering the country according to law, but also an action guide for the training of law education and rule of law talents in the new era. Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought, we should carry out dual track rule of law education in adult education and teaching. Taking the courses of “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis” and “Constitutional Law” as examples, the exploration is carried out from the aspects of classroom teaching, extracurricular practice and assessment. This paper analyzes the different ways of improving the quality of law between law majors and non law majors, and rethinks the shortcomings of the path in practice.
