摘　　要：目的:分析我院儿童患者使用蟾酥注射液的合理性,并探讨药学干预措施,从而提高蟾酥注射液在我院的合理使用率。方法:随机抽取2018年6月-2019年6月使用蟾酥注射液的儿童患者病历50份,分别从适应证、用法用量、用药疗程等方面进行评价分析,2019年6月起实施为期6个月的药学干预,后抽取2020年1月-12月使用蟾酥注射液的儿童患者病历50份,评价药学干预措施对上述合理用药指标的影响。结果:药学干预前共63例次用药不合理现象,主要为用药疗程不适宜(30.16%)、给药剂量不适宜(28.57%)、适应证不适宜(26.98%)、给药浓度过高(12.70%),干预后上述不合理用药现象均明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:前期我院儿童患者使用蟾酥注射液存在较多不合理现象,经过药学干预后显著提升了蟾酥注射液的合理使用率,保证了儿童患者用药的有效性和安全性。Objective:To analyze the reasonable utilization of Chansu injection in our hospital,and explore the pharmaceutical intervention measures,so as to improve the reasonable utilization rate of Chansu injection in our hospital.Methods:50 medical records of children who used Chansu injection from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected randomly,and evaluated and analyzed the indications,usage and dosage,treatment course,etc.A 6-month pharmaceutical intervention was implemented from June 2019,and then randomly selected 50 medical records of children who used Chansu injection from January to December,2020 to evaluate the impact of pharmaceutical intervention measures on the above indicators of rational drug use.Results:There were 63 cases of irrational drug use before pharmaceutical intervention,mainly including inappropriate drug treatment course(30.16%),inappropriate dosage(28.57%),inappropriate indications(26.98%),and excessive drug concentration(12.70%).After the intervention,the abovementioned irrational drug use decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:There were many unreasonable phenomena in the use of Chansu injection in our hospital in the early stage,while the rational use rate of Chansu injection was significantly improved after pharmaceutical intervention,ensuring the effectiveness and safety of medication for children.
