某院甘草酸制剂的临床应用及合理性评价

摘　　要：目的:对我院甘草酸制剂的使用进行合理性评价,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用PASS系统统计2019-2021年我院甘草酸制剂销售金额排名,计算其用药频度和使用强度,分析其使用科室和患者的基本信息。随机抽取1800份使用甘草酸制剂的病历,从适应证、溶媒、用法用量、疗程、联合用药、禁忌症等方面评价用药合理性。结果:甘草酸制剂在我院使用广泛,销售金额排序逐年上涨,2021年使用强度较2019年上涨40.72%。1800份病历中,274例(15.22%)患者存在不合理用药,包括无适应证用药201例(73.36%),溶媒选择不适宜或存在配伍禁忌37例(13.50%),疗程过长(>30d)24例(8.76%),重复用药10例(3.65%),禁忌症下用药2例(0.73%)。结论:甘草酸制剂作为肝病辅助用药在我院广泛应用,但存在较多不合理使用情况,有必要进行实时干预以促进合理用药。Objective:To analyze the use of glycyrrhizic acid preparation in our hospital,so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods:PASS system was used to count the sales amount and ranking of glycyrrhizic acid preparation in our hospital from 2019 to 2021,calculate the medication frequency and use intensity,and count the basic information of the departments and patients.1800 medical records using glycyrrhizic acid preparations were randomly selected for analysis in terms of indications,solvent,usage and dosage,course of treatment,combined medication,contraindication,etc.Results:Glycyrrhizic acid preparation was widely used in our hospital.The sales amount ranking increased year by year,and the use intensity in 2021 increases by 40.72%compared with that of 2019.Among the 1800 selected cases,274 cases(15.22%)had irrational drug use,including 201cases(73.36%)without indication,37 cases(13.50%)with inappropriate solvent selection or incompatibility,24 cases(8.76%)with a long course of treatment(>30 d),10 cases(3.65%)with repeated drug use,and 2 cases(0.73%)with contraindications.Conclusion:There were many irrational application of glycyrrhizic acid preparation as adjuvant drugs for liver disease,and implement intervention was necessary to promote rational drug use.
