摘  要:陶粒吸声材料是以陶粒为骨料,水泥为胶凝材料,添加外加剂制备而成。通过试验分析增加水灰比、置换微细陶粒、添加乳胶粉和聚丙烯纤维对陶粒吸声材料的吸声系数和流阻率的影响。结果表明:增加水灰比、置换微细陶粒、添加乳胶粉和聚丙烯纤维都会使流阻率升高,但平均吸声系数并不随着流阻率的升高而升高;混合级配下水灰比为0.20的陶粒吸声材料吸声效果更好;添加微细陶粒能提升陶粒吸声材料高频段的吸声性能;添加1.0%的乳胶粉和0.3%的聚丙烯纤维使陶粒吸声材料的吸声系数分别降低了0.02和0.01。Ceramsite sound absorption material is prepared by using ceramsite as aggregate,cement as cementitious material and adding admixture.The effects of increasing water-cement ratio,replacing micro-ceramic particles,adding latex powder and polypropylene fiber on the sound absorption coefficient and flow resistance of ceramic particles were analyzed by experiments.The results show that the flow resistance increases with increasing water cement ratio,replacing micro-ceramic particles,adding latex powder and polypropylene fiber,but the average sound absorption coefficient does not increase with the increase of flow resistance;The ceramsite sound-absorbing material with a water cement ratio of 0.20 has better sound absorption effect.The addition of micro ceramsite can improve the sound absorption performance of ceramsite at high frequency.Adding 1.0%latex powder and 0.3%polypropylene fiber can reduce the acoustic absorptivity of ceramsite by 0.02 and 0.01,respectively.
