摘 要:基于GT-Power软件对16V265H柴油机建立仿真模型,研究转速为1000 r/min、负载为50%工况下的不同配比生物柴油(B0、B10和B20)对柴油机性能的影响。以16V265H柴油机进排气正时为仿真模型的自变量,柴油机的功率、油耗、碳烟排放和NO_(x)排放等4个参数作为仿真模型的结果变量,研究分析柴油机的最大功率、最小油耗和最低排放。最后,综合分析性能参数,得出不同配比生物柴油在50%工况下的最佳进排气正时方案。结果表明,在不同生物柴油配比和不同进排气门正时下,16V265H柴油机的最大功率、最小油耗和最低排放各不相同。该研究方法可为16V265H柴油机进排气系统技术研究提供参考。A coupled model of a 16V265H diesel engine is established based on GT-Power software,and the effects of different ratios of biodiesel(B0,B10 and B20)on the performance of the diesel engine are studied at a speed of 1000 r/min and a load of 50%.Firstly,Taking the intake and exhaust timing of the 16V265H diesel engine as the independent variables of the optimization model,and the four parameters of diesel engine power,fuel consumption,soot emission and NOx emission as the result variables of the optimization model,the maximum power,minimum fuel consumption and minimum emission of the diesel engine are studied and analyzed.Then,the performance parameters are comprehensively analyzed,and the optimal intake timing scheme of diesel engines with different biodiesel ratios under 50%operating conditions is obtained.The results show that the maximum power,minimum fuel consumption and minimum emissions of 16V265H diesel engines with different biodiesel ratios and different intake valve timing angles are also different.The research method can provide reference for the technology of 16V265H diesel engine intake system.
