基于NA300系列PLC在综合管廊环境与设备监控系统中的应用

摘　　要：为了提升地下综合管廊环控系统的控制效果和可靠性,设计了基于NA300系列PLC的环境与设备监控系统。介绍了该系统的组成、功能、技术特点,并分析了其应用效果。实际现场应用表明,基于NA300系列PLC的综合管廊环境与设备监控系统控制效果良好、可靠性极高,不但能够实现各防火分区风机、照明、水泵等设备的远程控制,而且可对综合管廊各区域环境状态、设备运行状态、报警信息和能耗等进行综合评价,这对于国产化控制器在市政综合管廊自动化建设中应用与推广具有借鉴意义。In order to achieve the control effect and reliability of underground integrated pipe gallery management environmental control system,an environmental and equipment monitoring system based on NA300 series PLC is designed.The composition,system function and technical characteristics of the system are introduced,and its application effect is analyzed.The actual field application shows that the environmental monitoring system of the integrated pipe gallery based on NA300 series PLC has good control effect and high reliability.It can not only realize the remote control of fans,lighting,water pumps and other equipment in each fire compartment,but also comprehensively evaluate the environmental status,equipment operation status,alarm information and energy consumption of each area of the integrated pipe gallery.This is a specific reference for the application and promotion of domestic controller in the automation construction of municipal integrated pipe gallery.
