摘  要:分布式风电的间歇性和不确定性给配电系统的安全可靠运行带来影响。传统风电系统可靠性分析未考虑风速对风机故障的影响,或仅能提供系统可靠性指标的近似解。通过分析风速对风机故障率变化的作用机理,考虑风机故障率的时变特性,提出基于马尔可夫过程的分布式风电出力可靠性模型。在此基础上,基于通用生成函数方法这一解析方法,定量分析含分布式风电的配电系统可靠性。最后,通过改进IEEE RBTS系统验证了该方法的有效性。The intermittence and uncertainty of distributed wind power have adverse impacts on the safe and reliable operation of distribution systems.Traditional wind power system reliability analysis does not consider the influence of wind speed on failure rates of wind turbines,or only provides approximate solutions for system reliability indices.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of wind speed on wind turbine failure,and considering the time-varying characteristics of wind turbine failure rates,this paper proposes a reliability model for distribution systems with wind power output,which is based on Markov process.Moreover,utilizing the universal generating function method,the reliability of distribution system including distributed wind power is analyzed quantitatively and accurately.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the modified IEEE RBTS system.
