摘  要:通过分析两个具体案例,讨论测控装置防抖时间对遥信结果的影响,得出防抖时间设置过长,遥信容易漏报,防抖时间设置过短,遥信容易误报这一结论,同时指出与遥信量相关的继电器动作时间特性与防抖时间不匹配是造成遥信误报和漏报的根本原因,并根据分析结果,提出采取实际操作是验证遥信是否正确的最好办法。By analyzing two specific cases,the influence of anti-jitter time of measurement and control device on the result of remote communication is discussed.It is concluded that if the anti-jitter time is set too long,the remote signaling is easy to miss reports,and if the anti-jitter time is set too short,the remote signaling is prone to false alarms.At the same time,it is pointed out that the mismatch between the relay action time characteristics and the anti-jitter time related to the amount of remote signaling is the root cause of false alarms and omissions in remote signaling.According to the analysis results,it is suggested that taking actual operations is the best way to verify the correctness of remote signaling.
