摘 要:目前各类变电站中所使用的防误闭锁系统,仅实现了一次设备倒闸操作时状态转换的逻辑闭锁及校核,无法实现一次设备状态、保护软压板投退、信号报文、电压、电流数据等状态量是否匹配的逻辑校核,可能引起因状态不匹配造成的设备误操作或设备跳闸。针对以上问题,一二次协同防误系统通过采集一二次设备状态量、模拟量、告警报文等,设计一二次设备协同防误逻辑库,实现一二次设备操作时协同的逻辑校核,从源头上有效避免了人为原因导致的恶性误操作。At present,the misoperationand blocking prevention system used in various substations only realizes the logical blocking and checking of the state transition of the equipment during the switching operation.It is impossible to realize the logical check of whether the status of the equipment,the throw-back of the protection soft pressure plate,the signal message,the voltage and the current data match or not,which may cause the misoperation of the equipment or the tripping of the equipment due to the mismatching of a state.In view of the above problems,by collecting the state quantity,analog quantity and alarm message of primary and secondary equipment,the Primary and Secondary co-error-prevention logic library is designed to realize the collaborative logic check during the operation of primary and secondary equipment,and effectively avoid the malignant misoperation caused by human factors from the source.
