摘 要:以往地理潮流图和厂站一次接线图都由人工绘制,而人工绘制的图形存在图模不一致问题,这给后续工作带来极大不便。为了解决此问题,提出一种电网运行全景视图自动生成技术。基于电网CIM模型和厂站GIS坐标信息,通过拓扑分析建立厂站与厂站间的电气连接关系及位置关系,自动生成满足地理相对位置的各种地理潮流图;根据变电站内不同电压等级的接线识别及布局布线技术生成厂站一次接线图。该方案能提高系统成图效率和维护效率,降低绘图的人力成本,避免手工绘制图形存在的图模不一致隐患,提高电网调度决策的安全性。In the past,the geographical power flow map and the primary wiring diagram of the plant station were drawn manually,but there are always the problems of inconsistency between the graph and the model,which brought great inconvenience to the subsequent work.In order to solve this problem,an automatic generation technology of panoramic view of power grid operation is proposed in this paper.Based on CIM model of power grid and GIS coordinate information of stations,electrical connection relationship and location relationship among stations are established through topological analysis,and various geographic power flow maps satisfying geographic relative positions are automatically generated.According to the wiring identification,layout and wiring technology of different voltage levels in the substation,the primary wiring diagram of the plant and station is generated.This scheme can improve the efficiency of drawing and maintenance of the system,reduce the labor cost of drawing,avoid the hidden danger of the inconsistency of graph mode which always exists in manual drawing,and improve the security of power grid dispatching decision.
