摘 要:新能源送出工程的升压站需汇集大量的35 kV电力电缆,升压站内35 kV配电装置和无功补偿区域的电缆沟内电力电缆数量众多,同时为了匹配主变容量及满足接入可靠的要求,存在电力电缆相互交叉敷设的情况。采用大截面电缆廊道不仅挤占站内有效空间,影响地下管道的布置,还会增加混凝土和钢筋用量,更会延长施工工期,因此新能源送出升压站中电缆敷设的优化设计已成为一项新的课题。以HQ1#330 kV变电站为工程案例,结合实际施工中的具体问题,以合理规划布置电缆通道、减少沟型数量为目的,优化330 kV变电站非典型电缆沟截面。The booster station of the new energy transmission project needs to gather a large number of 35 kV power cables.There are many power cables in the cable trench of 35 kV power distribution device and reactive power compensation area in the booster station.At the same time,in order to match the capacity of the main transformer and the requirements for reliable access,there are cases where power cables are laid across each other.If a large cross-section cable gallery is adopted,it will not only occupy the effective space in the station,affect the layout of underground pipelines,but also increase the amount of concrete and steel bars,and will extend the construction period.The optimized design of the cable laying in the booster station with new energy has become a new Subject.Taking HQ1#330 kV substation as an engineering case,combined with specific problems in actual construction,with the purpose of reasonably plan and arrange cable channels and reduce the number of trench types,the section of atypical cable trench in 330 kV substation is optimized.
