摘 要:隔离开关作为组合电器设备的主要组成部分,能否正确可靠动作,是电网设备转换运行状态的重要保障,也是保证检修人员作业现场安全的关键因素。针对一起330 kV组合电器隔离开关合闸异常事件,通过逐步检查隔离开关操作机构动作情况,最终发现故障原因为电缆相序接错。采用多种验证方法确定隔离开关设备合闸状态,并提供一种故障原因排除方法,为后续变电站组合电器隔离开关验收调试提供宝贵经验,为组合电器的安全运行提供有力保障。As the main part of Gas Insulated Switchgear,the Isolating switch can operate correctly and reliably,which is an important guarantee for the power grid equipment to change the running state,and also a key factor to ensure the safety of the maintenance personnel at the operation site.In this paper,an event of abnormal closing of Isolating switch of 330 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear is analyzed as an example.By gradually checking the operation of Isolating switch operating mechanism,it is finally found that the fault is caused by the wrong phase sequence connection of the cable.Multiple verification methods are adopted to determine the closing state of Isolating switch equipment,and a method for troubleshooting the fault cause is provided.It provides valuable experience for the subsequent acceptance and debugging stage of the Isolating switch of the substation combination appliance and provides strong guarantee for the safe operation of the combination appliance.
