摘  要:根据直流融冰装置整流变阀侧避雷器出现频繁动作和发热损坏的情况,依据现场故障录波装置及在Y接阀侧电压录波装置的故障波形分析,结合PSCAD建模仿真比对,找出避雷器的故障原因为设计参数选择与融冰装置的过冲电压之间绝缘配合差,阀侧避雷器在承受多次高于设计电压的换相过冲电压时,频繁吸收过冲电压能量加速避雷器阀片的性能老化,产生不可逆的损伤,并造成避雷器的热崩溃损坏。针对上述避雷器的损坏原因,搭建不同参考电压避雷器模型进行仿真分析,提出避雷器参数选择的建议。According to the frequent action and heating damage of the lightning arrester at the valve side of the rectifier transformer of the DC ice melting device,based on the fault waveform analysis of the on-site fault recorder and the voltage recorder at the Y-Valve side,combined with PSCAD modeling and simulation comparison,the fault cause of the arrester is found out.The failure reason of lightning arrester is the poor insulation coordination between the selection of design parameters and the overshoot voltage of ice melting device.When the valve side arrester bears the commutation overshoot voltage higher than the design voltage for many times,it frequently absorbs the overshoot voltage energy,accelerates the performance aging of the arrester valve plate,produces irreversible damage,and causes the thermal collapse damage of the arrester.According to the damage causes of the above arresters,the arrester models with different reference voltages are built for simulation analysis,and the suggestions on the selection of arrester parameters are put forward.
