摘  要:板带热轧生产过程中,产品质量影响因素与质量指标间的关系不明确,影响产品质量缺陷追溯和后续产品质量提升.将因子分析(factor analysis,FA)方法引入热轧产品质量诊断过程中,并以穿带过程宽度质量缺陷为例,采用GT;统计量对生产过程进行监控,通过因子得分表征各生产因素对产品宽度质量指标的影响程度,得到了各因素对产品宽度缺陷的贡献率,最终实现了轧件宽度缺陷的原因定位.实际应用结果表明,以因子分析的诊断结果为基础对关键参数进行修正,能有效提升后续产品的宽度控制精度,为生产过程的稳定性和产品质量的提高提供了保证.In hot strip rolling process,the relationship between production quality and influencing factors remains unclear,which greatly affects the traceability of product quality defects and subsequent improvement of product quality.Factor analysis(FA)method is introduced to the quality diagnosis.Taking the width quality defects in the threading process as an example,GT~2 statistics are used to monitor the production process and the factor scores are used to characterize the parameters in production process.After obtaining the influencing degree of the width quality index and the contribution rate of each factor to the width defect,the defining reason of the width defect is finally realized.The results in-practice show that the correction of the key processing parameters based on the FA diagnosis can improve the width-control accuracy effectively,which guarantees the stability of production process and the improvement of product quality.
