摘  要:通过建立缸盖-缸垫-机体-干式缸套装配耦合模型,在预紧工况下进行装配模型的静力分析,利用V-INCOMETER轮廓测量仪对柴油机缸套预紧变形进行测试,验证有限元模型的准确性;采用仿真分析与傅里叶分析方法,研究了不同螺栓预紧力对缸套径向和轴向变形的影响.研究表明:在相同预紧力作用下,最大变形位置出现在1、4缸缸套上部,1、4缸的预紧变形量大于2、3缸预紧变形量,1至4缸的变形图呈对称分布.在主推力面和次推力面方向受力均匀,缸套变形量较小;对缸套变形贡献较大的是4阶、6阶变形,缸套2阶以上最大变形幅值为5μm, 2阶变形主要影响缸套中部,4阶变形主要影响缸套上部;随着预紧力的增加,不会改变缸套的变形特征,但会增加缸套的收缩变形;预紧力的大小主要影响傅里叶1、3、6阶变形幅值.A coupling assembly model of cylinder head-gasket-body-dry cylinder liner was established,and static analysis of the assembly model was carried out under pre-tightening conditions.V-INCOMETER profilometer was used to test the pre-tightening deformation of diesel cylinder liner to verify the accuracy of the finite element model.The influence of different bolt preload on radial and axial deformation of cylinder liner was studied by simulation and Fourier analysis.The results show that under the same preloading force,the maximum deformation position appears in the upper part of cylinder liner of cylinder 1 and 4,the preloading deformation of cylinder 1 and 4 is greater than that of cylinder 2 and 3,and the deformation diagram of cylinder 1 to cylinder 4 is symmetrical.The force on the main thrust surface and the secondary thrust surface is uniform,and the cylinder liner deformation is small.The fourth-order deformation and the sixth-order deformation contribute most to the cylinder liner deformation,and the maximum deformation amplitude above the second-order deformation is 5μm.The second-order deformation mainly affects the middle part of the cylinder liner,and the fourth-order deformation mainly affects the upper part of the cylinder liner.With the increase of preload,the deformation characteristics of cylinder liner will not be changed,but the shrinkage deformation of cylinder liner will be increased.The magnitude of preload mainly affects the amplitude of Fourier first,third and sixth order deformation.
