“舆”与“律”何以平衡:截图传播中伦理失范及规范研究

摘　　要：社交媒体时代,受到图文宏观环境的影响,截图传播在媒介的普及化和技术的不断更新中迅速发展,成为传播主体在传播信息过程中重要的辅助手段。本研究以引发网络关注的霍某陈某事件为例,探讨研究截图传播过程中所涉及的伦理问题、成因及对策。研究发现,由于技术赋予的使用便利以及截屏传播带来的“接近真实”的感受、对文字的生动再现、维权留底的有利武器等功能,使截图传播从一个方便人们保留内容的辅助手段转变成内容传达的主要运用手段。但伦理问题也伴随而来,其原因与媒体技术、媒介属性、传播内容、传播主体等有关。据此,本文从技术支持、政府政策调整、用户素养提升等三个方面提出了应对社交媒体环境下截图传播伦理问题的策略。In the age of social media,under the influence of the macro environment of graphics and texts,screenshot communication develops rapidly in the popularization of media and the continuous updating of technology,and becomes an important auxiliary means for communication subjects in the process of information transmission.Starting with the case of Mr.Huo and Ms.Chen,this study explores the ethical issues,causes and countermeasures involved in the dissemination of screenshots.It finds that because of the facilitation of technology,screenshots,with the sense of authenticity,the showing of words and the function of evidence,are turning from an auxiliary means to keep contents to a major means of content expression.However,it also gives rise to ethical issues due to factors related to media technology,media attribution,communication contents,and communication players.Therefore,this article proposes ways to cope with the ethical issues from the perspectives of technology support,government policy adjustment,and user literacy.
