摘 要:心理距离作为一种重要的非地理空间距离,深刻影响中国对外传播效果,也在一定程度上决定中国对外传播目标国的选择。本文选取文化差异、政治环境差异、发展水平差异、教育水平差异、宗教信仰差异、地理距离为心理距离的测度指标,以此建构心理距离测算公式,并计算中国与40个样本国的心理距离。依据心理距离,提出了中国对外传播目标国分层策略,其分层策略具体体现为一是将心理距离相对较小的国家作为当前中国对外传播的重点国,二是依据心理距离大小实施中国对外分层传播,三是不断缩小中国与第三层次、第四层次国家的心理距离。As an important non-geographical distance,psychological distance has a profound impact on China’s external communication.It also determines the choice of China’s external communication target countries to certain extent.This article choses the disparity in culture,political environment,development stage,education level,religion,physical distance as the measuring index of psychological distance.With a formula to calculate psychological distance,it works out the psychological distance between China and 40 sample countries.Based on the different psychological distance,the author proposes the stratification strategy for China’s external communication.To be specific,the key countries of external communication would be those showing small psychological distance.The external communication strategy needs to be stratified according to the psychological distance.It is also proposed that the psychological distance with the third and fourth tier countries need to be narrowed down.
