摘　　要：脂毒性心肌病是一种慢性代谢性心肌疾病,是导致患者心肌出现功能障碍的重要原因之一。越来越多的研究表明,肥胖和糖尿病患者体内能量代谢出现异常,心肌能量代谢的主要底物游离脂肪酸在心肌细胞摄取、氧化利用和储存之间存在失衡,当摄取超过线粒体对脂肪酸的利用能力时会出现脂质及有毒代谢物的积累,从而导致线粒体功能障碍和心脏脂肪毒性的发生。目前对脂毒性心肌病发病机制、诊断和治疗的研究还不够清晰,故该文对近年来脂毒性心肌病的研究进展作一综述。Lipotoxic cardiomyopathy is a chronic metabolic myocardial disease, which is one of the important causes of myocardial dysfunction in patients.A growing number of studies have shown that energy metabolism in obese and diabetic patients is abnormal.The main substrate of myocardial energy metabolism, free fatty acid, is unbalanced in the cycle of uptake, oxidative utilization and storage of myocardial cells.When the intake of fatty acids exceeds the mitochondrial utilization capacity, it will lead to the accumulation of lipids and toxic metabolites, resulting in mitochondrial dysfunction and cardiac adipose toxicity.At present, the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of lipotoxic cardiomyopathy are not clear.Therefore, this article summarizes the research progress of lipotoxic cardiomyopathy in metabolic-related diseases in recent years.
