摘  要:本文介绍了羟基丙烯酸分散体在水性双组分聚氨酯涂料中的应用及研究.首先制备水性羟基丙烯酸分散体,并以此为成膜物质,辅以合适的颜填料和助剂,搭配聚异氰酸酯固化剂,制备成水性双组分聚氨酯涂料.针对水性双组分聚氨酯涂料存在的痛点问题进行了深入研究,如温度对适用期的影响、n_(NCO)/n_(OH)比例对性能的影响、无泡极限膜厚、与不同NCO固化剂的相容性等.试验结果表明:该羟基丙烯酸酯分散体可提供优异的外观和光泽,优异的无泡极限膜厚和固化剂相容性,较低的VOC排放,绿色环保,具有较大的应用市场和广泛的应用前景.This paper introduced the application research of waterborne two component(2K)polyurethane coatings based on hydroxyl acrylic dispersion.Firstly,hydroxyl acrylic dispersion was synthesized as film forming material,supplemented with appropriate pigments,fillers and additives,combined with appropriate poly-isocyanate curing agent to prepare waterborne 2K polyurethane coating.Furthermore,for existing difficult problems in 2K polyurethane coatings were deeply studied,such as the influence of temperature on the pot life,the influence of n_(NCO)/n_(OH) on the performance,bubble free film thickness(BFFT),the compatibility with different poly-isocyanate.The results show that this prepared hydroxyl acrylic dispersion can provide excellent appearance and gloss,excellent BFFT performance,long pot life and excellent poly-isocyanate compatibility and low VOC emission,it has large potential application market and broad application prospects.
