摘 要:介绍了石墨烯冷涂锌涂料的防腐机理和性能特点,指出冷涂锌涂料具有节能、环保、施工方便和防腐性能优异等优点.通过模拟周期浸润腐蚀试验研究,对比分析了石墨烯冷涂锌层和电镀锌层的防腐性能.结果表明:石墨烯冷涂锌防腐涂料的耐周期浸润腐蚀性能至少是电镀锌层的10倍,可应用在飞机钢结构件的重防腐领域.The mechanism and the characteristics of graphene cold sprayed zinc coatings are introduced.It is proposed that cold sprayed zinc coatings have advantages,including energy-saving,environmental protection,convenience for construction,good corrosion resistance.The anti-corrosion performance of graphene cold sprayed zinc coatings and electro galvanized coatings was compared and analyzed by cycle immersion corrosion experiment.The results show that the anti-corrosion performance of graphene cold sprayed zinc coatings is ten times better than electro galvanized coatings.It can be used in the field of heavy anti-corrosion of plane steel structure.
