摘 要:近年来,为提高销售量,吸引潜在客户群体,很多主机厂纷纷增大了双色车的生产占比.作为一种有异于常规的工艺,双色车身工艺具备一定的特殊性和开发难度.本文基于笔者多年的开发经验,重点解读了车身结构和双色定义对双色车身工艺实现带来的不同影响.科学的车身结构和合理的双色定义,可以大大降低双色车的开发难度,优化双色车的生产质量,提升双色车的生产效率.In recent years,many automobile engine factory increased two-color body proportion of production for increasing sales and attracting potential customers.As a process different from the conventional one,the two-color body technology has certain particularity and development difficulty.This paper is based on the author’s many years of development experience,it focuses on the different effects of body structure and two-color definition on the realization.Scientific body structure and reasonable two-color definition,could greatly reduce the development difficulty of two-color car,optimize the production quality and improve the production efficiency.
