浅谈环保型水性脱漆剂在汽车涂装随行夹具清洗方面的应用和实践

摘　　要：汽车涂装随行夹具的脱漆清洗是汽车涂装生产中重要的一个工序,夹具的洁净度与涂装漆膜的品质及喷涂机器人的安全运行密切相关.新标准GB 38508-2020《清洗剂挥发性有机化合物含量限值》规定有机溶剂清洗剂挥发性有机化合物VOC的含量要≤900 g/L,二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯的总和不得超过20%.本文通过生产现场对环保型水性脱漆剂在涂装随行夹具的脱漆验证,确认此环保水性脱漆剂脱漆效果良好,而且价格便宜,操作施工简单,对金属材料无腐蚀作用,满足生产现场应用的要求.The paint stripping and cleaning of the car coating accompanying fixture is an important process in the car coating production.The cleanliness of the fixture is closely related to the quality of the paint film and the safe operation of the spraying robot.The new standard GB 38508-2020 Volatile Organic Compound Content Limits for Cleaning Agents stipulates that the VOC content of organic solvent cleaning agents must be ≤900 g/L,The sum of methylene chloride,chloroform,trichloroethylene,and tetrachloroethylene shall not exceed 20%.This paper verifies that the environmentally water-based paint remover has a good paint removal effect,is cheap,simple in operation and construction,and has no corrosive effect on metal materials.Meet the requirements of production site applications.
