摘　　要：为了能更好的模拟现场实际孔眼大小、单孔流量、投球方式等情况下暂堵球的暂堵转向效果,创新研制了暂堵球动态封堵承压性能评价装置。通过建立孔眼冲蚀模拟系统及实验方法,完成了孔眼模拟单元的设计,能够实现7~16 mm不同形状孔眼的任意选择;引入π定理和欧拉准则,优化了泵注和暂堵球运移模拟系统,通过对管柱尺寸及注入泵选型设计,满足了现场单个孔眼0.1~0.3 m^(3)/min排量需求;研制了暂堵球自动投球模块,具备模拟井筒温度、控制投球时机的功能,实现了自动化和多次投球;研制了地层模拟器模块,通过设计储层渗透能力的差异性,实现缝口暂堵转向模拟。该装置实现了暂堵球在井筒中运移、封堵孔眼、转向等一体化模拟,可有效地指导现场可降解暂堵球的优选、投球方式及施工参数优化。In order to better simulate the temporary plugging steering effect of temporary plugging ball under the condition of actual hole size,single hole flow rate and ball throwing mode,an evaluation device for dynamic plugging bearing performance of the temporary plugging ball was developed through the following four technical measures:the hole erosion simulation system and experimental method were innovated,and the design of hole simulation unit was completed,which can realize the arbitrary hole of 7~16 mm and different shapes selection;by introducingπtheorem and Euler criterion,the simulation system of pump injection and temporary plugging ball migrationwas optimized to guide the design of string size and injection pump selection,which can meet the demand of 0.1~0.3 m^(3)/min displacement of single hole on site;the innovative automatic throwing module of temporary plugging ball has the function of simulating wellbore temperature and controlling the throwing time,realizing automatic and multiple throwing;the formation simulator module was innovated to design the difference of reservoir permeability and realize the simulation of temporary plugging and steering at fracture mouth.The device realizes the integrated simulation of temporary plugging ball migration in wellbore,plugging hole and steering.It can effectively guide the optimization of degradable temporary blocking ball,the mode of ball throwing and the optimization of construction parameters.
