摘　　要：塔里木盆地库车山前构造带砾石沉积厚,可钻性差,研磨性强,钻头消耗多,钻井提速困难,通过应用连续循环空气钻井,机械钻速显著提高,并快速通过恶性井漏复杂层段,显著缩短钻井周期。因此BZ24井在井段3272~4509 m进行连续循环空气钻井,进尺1237 m,平均机械钻速6.22 m/h,仅消耗牙轮钻头2只,并首次应用“Φ279.4 mm双扶钟摆钻具组合”进行空气钻井,最大井斜4.02°,平均井斜1.71°,同比钻井液钻井节约时间22.3 d,为塔里木油田博孜区块巨厚砾石层的空气钻井的应用提供技术支撑,并对BZ24井空气钻井进行生产成本评估,节约钻井成本达千万元,经济效益显著。The Kuqa piedanshan structural belt in Tarim Basin is characterized by thick gravel deposition,poor drillability,strong abrasiveness,much bit consumption,and difficult in drilling speed up.By applying continuous circulating air drilling,the drilling cycle is significantly shortened by greatly increasing drilling speed and rapidly passing through the complex formations with malignant lost circulation.Therefore,Well BZ 24 was drilled by continuous circulation air drilling at 3272-4509 m interval.The footage was 1237 m at an average drilling speed of 6.22 m/h,and only 2 cone bits were consumed.279.4 mm double pendulum bottom hole assembly was used for air drilling for the first time.The maximum inclination was 4.02°,the average inclination was 1.71°.Compared with mud drilling,the drilling time is saved by 22.3 days,which provides technical support for the application of air drilling in the huge gravel layer of Bozi block in Tarim Oilfield.The drilling cost is saved up to 10 million yuan after evaluating the production cost of air drilling in Well BZ 24 with remarkable economic benefits.
