摘　　要：文章梳理了当前建筑遗产管理评估的相关研究成果,尝试构建管理评估指标体系,并应用到具体的案例项目中。以苏州子城36处遗产项目作为实证研究对象,检验与完善建筑遗产管理评估体系,反映建筑遗产保护管理中的实际问题。管理条件作为一个建筑遗产保护领域的独立环节,与价值评估、保存现状(可利用性)评估共同构成相对完整的评估体系,为我国建筑遗产的保护、利用和管理提供科学依据和理论支撑。This article summarizes the relevant research results of the current architectural heritage management evaluation, attempts to build a management evaluation index system, and applies it to specific case projects. This article takes 36 heritage projects in Suzhou Sub-City as the empirical research subject, examines and improves the architectural heritage management evaluation system, and reflects the practical problems in the protection and management of architectural heritage. Management conditions, as an independent link in the field of architectural heritage protection, together with value assessment and preservation status(feasible use) assessment, constitute a relatively complete assessment system, which provides scientific basis and theoretical support for the protection, utilization and management of architectural heritage in China.
