摘  要:光伏废水具有NO_(3)^(-)-N、氟含量高的特点。江苏某光伏废水处理工程为改建项目,设计处理规模为6000 m^(3)/d,出水水质要求达到《电池工业污染物排放标准》(GB 30484—2013)的间接排放标准。原有处理工艺无法满足排放要求,此次采用二级除氟+反硝化颗粒污泥+A/O工艺进行改建,总投资为2150万元,运行费用(25.2元/m^(3))比改造前降低20%。该工程自调试运行以来,处理效果良好,出水水质稳定达到排放标准。Photovoltaic wastewater has characteristics of high nitrates and fluorine content.A photovoltaic wastewater treatment project in Jiangsu Province in China is a reconstruction project with the design capacity of 6000 m^(3)/d,and its effluent is required to meet the indirect discharge criteria in Emission Standard of Pollutants for Battery Industry(GB 30484-2013).The original process couldnot meet the discharge requirements,so the process of secondary defluorination,denitrifying granular sludge and A/O is adopted for reconstruction.The total investment is 21.5 million yuan and the operating cost is 25.2 yuan/m^(3),which is 20%lower than before.Since commissioning,the performance of reconstructed project is good and the effluent quality stably meets the discharge standard requirements.
