摘　　要：本文采用人际语用学视角,探究网络冲突发生后,交际者建立结盟关系过程中遵循的人际语用规约。基于分析,本文提出了“线上和谐”的交际者语用规约,即“交际者与他人结盟时,都不违反他人的需求,但对他人具体需求的理解存在差异”,求同存异。交际者遵循此规约建立和谐的联盟关系。本文从人际语用学视角出发,补充了社会语言学对“线上和谐”媒体使用观的认识,提出了“线上和谐”是交际者遵循的语用规约。This interpersonal pragmatic study investigates the norm underlying constructing coalitions that ensue from cyber conflict talk. Accordingly, it puts forward the norm of “online conviviality”, i. e., in constructing coalitions with a person, participants would not violate his needs, yet understand his needs diversely. Participants construct harmonious coalitions by adhering to this norm. The current interpersonal pragmatic approach to “online conviviality” complements the previous ideological conceptualization of it by sociolinguistic research and argues for it being a norm.
