摘　　要：紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)是IgA沉积的肾小球毛细血管炎,中医以“瘀、热(毒)、虚”为主要病理因素,其中“血瘀”贯穿整个疾病过程中,故活血化瘀为其基本治疗原则。通过对近几年关于TGF-β1、TNF-α与HSPN发病机制研究的期刊文献检索发现,TGF-β1为抗炎因子,TNF-α为促炎因子二者均可对紫癜性肾炎患儿的肾脏受损程度及免疫功能有重要影响。总结分析有关文献过就TGF-β1和TNF-α在HSPN发病中的相关性,通过中西医结合进行综述,旨为明确HSPN的发病机制,提高治疗水平,并为今后的治疗提供参考依据。Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)is glomerular capillary inflammation with IgA deposition.In traditional Chinese medicine,"blood stasis,heat(toxin)and deficiency"are the main pathological factors,in which"blood stasis"runs through the whole process of the disease,and so promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is its basic treatment principle.Through the researches on TGF-β1 and TNF-αand HSPN pathogenesisin recent years,it has found that TGF-β1 is an anti-inflammatory factor and TNF-αis a proinflammatory factor.Both of them have important effects on the degree of renal damage and immune function in children with HSPN.This paper summarized and analyzed the relevant literature on the correlation if TGF-β1 and TNF-αin the pathogenesis of HSPNthrough the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,in order to clarify the pathogenesis of HSPN,improve the treatmentand provide reference basis for future treatment.
