从温病学之和法论治湿热型脾胃病

摘　　要：和法是中医学重要的治则治法之一,温病学中虽然没有明确提到和法,研究发现这一治法在温病的治疗中广泛使用。通过分析湿热型脾胃病的特点以及和法的具体内涵,对温病学中涉及和法的常用方剂进行研究讨论,探讨温病学之和法治疗湿热型脾胃病的有效性及可行性,以期为临床湿热型脾胃病的治疗提供新思路。Harmony is one of the most important therapeutic methods in traditional Chinese medicine.Although the method of harmony is not clearly proposed in the science of Febrile Disease,the author has carefully studied this treatment method and found that it is widely used in the treatment of Febrile Disease.In this paper,the author analyzes the characteristics of damp-heat type spleen and stomach diseases and the specific connotation of the method of harmony,studies and discusses the common formulas involving the method of harmony in Febrile Disease,and explores the effectiveness and feasibility of the method of harmony in treating damp-heat type spleen and stomach diseases in Febrile Disease,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of clinical damp-heat spleen and stomach disease.
