摘　　要：目的探究中医护理管理措施对提高类风湿疾病患者生活质量的效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年12月医院收治的类风湿疾病患者92例,按简单随机法分为观察组(实施中医护理管理)和对照组(实施基础护理),每组患者46例,比较两组患者的护理满意度、生活质量和护理效果。结果护理管理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较(P>0.05)。护理管理后,观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度和护理效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对类风湿疾病患者实施中医护理管理,可以明显提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,促进和谐护患关系。Objective To explore the effect of nursing management measures of traditional Chinese medicine on improving the quality of life of rheumatoid disease patients.Methods 92 patients with rheumatoid diseases treated in the hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing management)and control group(implementation of basic nursing).There were 46 patients in each group.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing management,the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After nursing management,the quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing management for patients with rheumatoid diseases can significantly improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
