中药健脾化痰法联合头孢曲松治疗小婴儿社区获得性肺炎(痰湿闭肺)临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察分析小婴儿社区获得性肺炎(痰湿闭肺)采用健脾化痰法联合头孢曲松治疗后实际临床效果。方法分析医院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的70例小婴儿社区获得性肺炎患儿证属痰湿闭肺型为研究对象,分为对照组(35例,头孢曲松及西医常规治疗)和观察组(35例,健脾化痰中药联合头孢曲松及西医常规治疗)。对两组患儿治疗完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果观察组治疗后临床症状恢复时间明显快于对照组,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组治疗后不良反应发生率。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于小婴儿社区获得性肺炎痰湿闭肺型采用健脾化痰法联合头孢曲松治疗能够加快患儿各临床症状恢复,提高治疗效果,同时治疗后不良反应发生率较少,值得临床推广。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of JianpiHuatan method combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of infant community-acquired pneumonia with phlegm dampness obstructing lung type.Methods 70 cases of children with community-acquired pneumonia in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All the children were divided into control group(35 cases,given ceftriaxone and conventional Western Medicine)and observation group(35 cases,given JianpiHuatan traditional Chinese medicine combined with ceftriaxone and conventional Western Medicine)according to whether they took traditional Chinese medicine or not.The effect of two groups of children after treatment was collected and analyzed.Results the recovery time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group after using only ceftriaxone and conventional western medicine.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion for small infants with community-acquired pneumonia with phlegm dampness obstructing lung type,JianpiHuatan method combined with ceftriaxone can accelerate the recovery of clinical symptoms,improve the treatment effect,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
