摘　　要：目的分析早期康复配合中医护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的影响及临床改善作用。方法研究对象共120例,均为2019年6月—2021年6月医院接收的脑卒中并发偏瘫患者,按照随机抓阄法均分为两组各60例。对照组实施早期康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医管理干预。观测运动功能评分,生活质量,MAS评分。结果观察组患者的上下肢运动功能恢复效果更佳,且观察组患者的预后生活质量及运动功能等各指标的恢复效果更为理想,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复配合中医护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床应用当中,患者的肢体功能改善效果更佳,并明显提高了患者的预后生活质量及运动功能改善效果等,减轻了疾病对患者的影响。Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the recovery of limb function and clinical improvement in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods There were a total of 120 subjects in this study,all of whom were stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group implemented early rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Motor function score,quality of life and MAS score were observed.Results The recovery effect of upper and lower limb motor function of the observation group was better,and the recovery effect of the prognostic quality of life and motor function of the observation group was more ideal,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical application of early rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia,the patient’s limb function improvement effect is better,and the patient’s prognostic quality of life and motor function improvement effect are significantly improved,and the impact of the disease on the patient is reduced.
