摘　　要：宫丽鸿教授在治疗心血管疾病方面有着丰富的临床经验,尤其运用中医中药治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛,通过辨证论治灵活地运用中药,通过合理的配伍来治疗冠心病。冠心病(CHD)属于中医“胸痹”范畴。宫丽鸿教授根据多年的临床实践经验,继承和发展了古代医家的理论知识,以“风痰理论”为病理因素,运用搜风祛痰中药以搜风祛痰、活血化瘀为基本治疗原则治疗冠心病。创造性地提出了“虚—痰—瘀—毒(热)—风”的发病机制。Professor GONG Lihong has rich clinical experience in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,especially the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris,flexible use of traditional Chinese medicine through syndrome differentiation and treatment,through reasonable compatibility to treat coronary heart disease.Coronary heart disease(CHD)belongs to the category of"chest pain"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor GONG Lihong,based on years of clinical experience,inherited and developed the theoretical knowledge of ancient doctors.Taking“wind and phlegm”theory as the pathological factors,he applied the traditional Chinese medicine of searching wind and removing phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the basic treatment principle to treat CHD.The pathogenetic mechanism of"deficiency-phlegm-blood stasis-toxin(heat)-wind"was creatively proposed.
