摘  要:本文的研究对象是一台600MW超超临界锅炉,呈Π型布置,锅炉日常燃用烟煤与贫煤的混煤,混煤掺混采用炉前预混方式,烟煤及贫煤的混合比例为7∶3。基于环保压力,该锅炉进行了低氮改造,在改造完成后出现了炉膛出口飞灰含碳量升高的异常现象。经测量平均飞灰含碳量达到了9.7%,严重降低了该机组的经济性。针对该问题,本文使用CFD数值模拟技术研究了两类燃烧器在不同煤种下的燃烧特性,然后进一步进行了全炉膛热态模拟,研究混煤的燃烧及排放特性,最终找出了适合混煤燃烧的燃烧器布置方式。The research object of this paper is a 600MW ultra-supercritical boiler,which isπtype arrangement.The boiler is routinely fired with a mixture of bituminous coal and lean coal.The mixture of bituminous coal and lean coal is pre-furnace premixed,and the mixing ratio of bituminous coal and lean coal is 7∶3.Based on the pressure of environmental protection,the boiler was transformed with low nitrogen.After the transformation,the abnormal phenomenon of increasing carbon content in fly ash at the outlet of furnace appeared.The measured average carbon content of fly ash reaches 9.7%,which seriously reduces the economy of the unit.In order to solve this problem,this paper uses CFD numerical simulation technology to study the combustion characteristics of two types of burners under different types of coal,and then further conducts thermal simulation of the whole furnace to study the combustion and emission characteristics of mixed coal,and finally finds out the burner layout suitable for mixed coal combustion.
