摘 要:本文从工艺角度对CFB-FGD半干法与NID半干法进行了系统性比较。从反应原理、核心理念、控制思想对两者相同之处推本溯源,总结了半干法的优缺点。分别介绍了CFB-FGD半干法和NID半干法的工艺流程,对两者工艺设计的不同之处进行了比较。为环保超低排放项目配套半干法技术的选择提供了依据。This paper systematically compares CFB-FGD semi dry process and NID semi dry process from the perspective of technology.From the reaction principle,the core idea and the control thought,the similarities between the two methods are traced back to the source,and the advantages and disadvantages of the semi dry method are summarized.The process flow of CFB-FGD semi dry process and NID semi dry process are introduced respectively,and the differences of process design between them are compared.It provides a basis for the selection of semi dry process technology for environmental protection ultra-low emission project.
