基于微信的1580产线设备移动管理平台设计与实现

摘　　要：为了对1580热轧生产线车间内的设备进行有序的管理,解决1580热轧生产线车间内设备管理混乱无序并且设备信息化集成度不足、人员管理无序和生产效率低下的问题,基于微信公众平台的开放接口和Web开发技术,应用微信小程序框架和B/S架构,与MDC系统进行对接,设计适用于1580热轧生产线的设备移动管理平台,对车间人员和设备进行统一管理,优化了车间设备管理和生产调度。In order to manage the equipment in the workshop of 1580 hot rolling production line in an orderly manner,we solve the problems of disorderly equipment management,insufficient integration of equipment information,disorderly personnel management and low production efficiency in the workshop of 1580 hot rolling production line.Based on the open interface of WeChat public platform and Web development technology,WeChat Mini Program framework and B/S architecture were applied to connect with MDC system.We designed a mobile equipment management platform for 1580 hot rolling production line,so that the workshop personnel and equipment were managed uniformly,and the workshop equipment management and production scheduling were optimized.
