村民参与集体产权制度改革意愿研究——基于心理视角的实证

摘　　要：农村集体产权制度改革是实施乡村振兴战略的重要任务,在农村集体产权制度改革逐步推进的背景下,对村民参与集体产权制度改革意愿的研究具有重要价值。本文使用四川省彭州市530户农村居民的调研数据,基于因子分析和回归分析方法,实证分析了村民心理因素对其参与集体产权制度改革意愿的影响。研究发现,村民的风险感知对其参与集体产权制度改革的意愿有显著的负向影响,村民的改革认知、面子形象对其参与集体产权制度改革的意愿有显著的正向影响,中国文化背景下村民的价值观(中庸之道、人际观念和自我实现)对其参与集体产权制度改革的意愿有显著的正向影响。在这些心理因素中,按影响重要程度从高到低依次为改革认知、中庸之道、自我实现、面子形象、风险感知、人际观念。本文的研究结果为提升村民参与集体产权制度改革的意愿提供了新的思路。The reform of the rural collective property right system is an important task to implement the Rural R evitalization Strategy.Under the background of the gradual promotion of the reform of the rural collective property right system,the research on the willingness of villagers to participate in the reform of the collective property right system is of great value.Using the survey data of 530 rural residents in Pengzhou City,Sichuan Province,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of villagers’psychological factors on their willingness to participate in the reform of collective property rights system based on factor analysis and regression analysis.The study found that the villagers’risk perception had a significant negative impact on their willingness to participate in the reform of the collective property system,the villagers’reform awareness and face image had a significant positive impact on their willingness to participate in the reform of the collective property system,and the villagers’values(the golden mean,interpersonal values and self realization)had a significant positive impact on their willingness to participate in the reform of the collective property system under the Chinese cultural background.Among these psychological factors,from high to low,they are reform cognition,golden mean,self realization,face image,risk perception and interpersonal concept.The results of this study provide a new way to enhance the willingness of villagers to participate in the reform of collective property rights system.
